Passport and visa

For any cruise in the Caribbean out of Martinique and Guadeloupe you must bring a valid passport.

A visa can be requested by the authorities to people who are not of European nationality, it is your responsibility to inform you and manage the formalities.



Language and currency

 
Outside Martinique and Guadeloupe, English is the language spoken in the Caribbean
Don’t panic, the crew speaks English and will help you out throughout your cruise.

Outside of Martinique and Guadeloupe the official currency is the Caribbean dollar
EC$ (Eastern Caribbean Dollar) 

1€ = around $ 3 EC

It is not necessary to bring change as you can easily withdraw money on the ATM. (subject to having a card allowing withdrawals internationally)

Vaccines

No vaccination is mandatory but some are strongly recommended.

Diphtheria-tetanus-poliomyelitis (DTP), rubella-mumps-measles (MMR) for children, and anti-tuberculosis vaccination is also desirable.

Travel  and kiteboarding insurance

To travel peacefully during your cruise in the Caribbean, consider subscribing a travel insurance that will cover you throughout your stay.

For your kite sessions in the Grenadines, insurance is mandatory.

If you do not have one, we can advise you some at very reasonable prices.
